This Sunday Deb Cohen will be leading the ARE discussion introducing some basics about self-compassion — what does it mean, how is it different from self-esteem, and why should UUs care? This session may include an exercise or two to practice the how of self-compassion. Deb offers psychological insight tempered with wry humor. Don’t miss it.
