Join us for our
UU Climate Justice Revival
Saturday, September 28 and Sunday, September 29
at Mill Creek
The Climate Justice Revival is a two-day multigenerational event with worship, conversation, celebration, and action for all Unitarian Universalists.
As climate change rocks our world, there is a spirit at work in UU congregations and movements committed to justice. As we make the connections between climate and justice, we are called to re-imagine what it means to do this urgent work in community.
Saturday features four hours (10 am to 2 pm) of facilitated discussions and small breakout groups imagining what Mill Creek can do in our work for Climate Justice. A delicious homemade lunch will be served on Saturday.
Sunday will include a multigenerational worship celebration (10:30 am) and the completion of our work that will describe the steps our congregation decides to take.
Note that our work will be mirrored in the work of some 300 Unitarian Universalist congregations across the nation.
Our church leadership is investing time, energy, and resources to create a successful and fulfilling event.
