Join us for worship this Sunday, October 11th at 10:30 am.

We welcome Deb Cole back to our pulpit as we continue our monthly theme of Compassion with her sermon, “Courage, Compassion, Community.”  Deb will be joined by the UUSMC Choir under the direction of Kristen Tosh-Morelli. Our Religious Education children are invited to begin their day in the sanctuary and will be excused to their classes after the story for all ages.Remain with us after the service for delicious food and fellowship at our Second Sunday Pot Luck Lunch. Bring a dish of your own to share!

Come early!  Our Adult Religious Education group meets every Sunday before service in the MacArtor Library at 9:15 am. This week we will viewing the 2014 keynote address by Chris Crass to the Allies for Racial Equity Conference which is a Unitarian Universalist group focused on racial justice.  Chris Crass is a white antiracism activist and writer.  He also presented at this year’s GA Conference in Portland telling a packed ballroom, “The question is not how many people of color we can get in our pews.  It’s how much damage can we do to white supremacy.”

It’s going to be another great day at Mill Creek!
