What Makes Your Heart Sing? Join Rev. Roberta Finkelstein for an interactive workshop that will help you discover something inside of you that calls you to service and leadership. Together we will dispel some of the stereotypes about leadership and examine the very diverse characteristics that are actually needed in a community of faith like ours. Each participant will explore ways that would allow them to be in service to their congregation and community in the most spiritually satisfying way possible.

What Makes Healthy Leaders? Rev. Dr. Richard Speck leads participants in understanding how to create and nurture servant leaders within the church. The shared ministry model for congregations will be explored and discussed. Best practices in leadership will be shared with participants contributing their observations as well as those gathered from others over the past fifteen years.
