Learn More About Us

Children’s Classes

This Sunday (March 10), Anna leads the Chalice Children in an hour of activities, fun and fellowship. Stephanie and Heather guide the Roots and Shoots Friends in their project, “Rocks for Lemurs!” The class will finish up their animal segment by selling the painted stones to the community in the lobby after service. If possible, please plan on staying a few minutes later after the selling, so we can clean up and count our bounty!

Youth Learning

Youth are also invited to gather in the library following the story for all ages in worship for meaningful discussion and activity. Following worship, the O.W.L. class will have a session on the subject of parenting.

Adult Learning

9:15 – 10:15 We’re continuing our ongoing series, “Spirit in Practice.” This Sunday, Karen Rege will lead an overview and discussion about the soul practices and role that creativity plays in our spiritual growth. Drop in and join us!

Opportunity for Youth Service Hours…

Mill Creek Youth have an opportunity to participate in the “Adopt a Trail” program at White Clay Creek Park! For those of you who enjoy being outdoors, this will be lots of fun – and a great way to bond as a group! Your friends are welcome too! We’ll volunteer once per month during the Sunday worship hour. This volunteer opportunity begins in June. Interested in volunteering? Email dre@uusmc.org.
