June 12: Rev. Dr. Richard Speck “What Will You Do?”

Our theme this week is focusing on what we can do with the time that is given to us. On any given day, that day is the rest of your life. What will you choose to do with it?

The Reverend Doctor Richard Speck is the retired District Executive for the Joseph Priestley District (JPD) of the Unitarian Universalist Association of Congregations.  He was named Minister Emeritus in 2019.  He graduated from Meadville/Lombard Theological School with a Doctorate in Ministry in 1990 and was hired as the JPD District Executive in 2001; he retired from full-time ministry in 2014. He continues to be active in social justice programs and conducts weddings, memorial services, and funerals; he also serves as guest speaker at area congregations. Richard and his spouse Janet Tillman reside in Wilmington, Delaware.
