Vendor Rules and Regulations

    • Vendor Approval & Payment
      • The space rental fee is $35.00. 
      • The table rental fee is $7.00 per table.
      • All work must be original – handmade, or brand-new, and approved for human use by appropriate authorities (FDA, EPA, etc.).
      • The number of table spaces are limited and will be assigned on a first applied, first supplied basis. Please keep in mind that we need to maintain a good mix of media throughout. For example, if 5 jewelers are the first to apply for indoor spots, they cannot all be assigned. 
      • Please complete the online application or mail it to: “UUSMC” at 579 Polly Drummond Hill Road, Newark, DE 19711.
  • All work must be approved prior to acceptance as a Vendor. Please include at least 2 digital images of your work. Images can be uploaded to the vendor application or can be emailed to
  • Selections of vendors for the Craft Fairs are made at the sole discretion of the UUSMC Craft Fair Committee.


  • Payment must be received before space can be approved.
    • Vendors may pay online with a credit card, through Zelle by using the code ‘Sara L Durham’. You may also send a check to “UUSMC” at 579 Polly Drummond Hill Road, Newark, DE 19711. Please put “Craft Fair” in the memo line.


  • Setup/Breakdown
    • Participation is required for entire open hours.
    • Setup may begin the day of the event at 8:00 am and must be complete by 8:45 am.
    • A 6’ rectangular table and 2 chairs is available for rent in addition to the space fee. The Vendor must supply anything else needed. Electric is provided for an additional fee of $5.00.
    • The Vendor takes responsibility for any damages or incidents that occur at their booth as well as any required permits, licenses, or taxes required by the county or state.
    • The Vendor will not sublet or rent out their assigned space at any time.
    • Breakdown cannot start any sooner than 2:00 pm and must be complete no later than 3:15 pm.
    • No Vendor is to close down before the official closing time of 2:00 pm.
    • The Vendor will remove all items they brought with them. Any abandoned property will be donated to a charitable cause.
    • Before leaving, the Vendor space must be clean and trash-free.
  • Cancellation of Space
    • Because this is a fundraiser, the Vendor application fee is non-refundable. 
  • Indemnification
    • The participants agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the UUSMC from and against any loss, expense, claims, damages, causes of action, injuries, suits or damages, suits to persons or property, including attorney fees, arising out of or related to the operation of the Participants at the fair.
    • The Fair Committee reserves the right to take photographs of the booths and vendors and use them for advertisement/promotional purposes.
