In this look at our monthly ministry theme of Forgiveness, Rev. Greg offers his message, “It’s Complicated.” Forgiveness is very often considered one of the highest virtues, a selfless act of grace with freedom as a payoff. As such, this should be such a simple practice. But often, it is not. It’s complicated.
We will be joined by the 1st Delaware Regiment Fife and Drum Corps; our hymns will be performed by a Mill Creek flute ensemble including Amy White, Diana Saunders, Carol Nicastro and Kristen Tosh-Morelli.
In Religious Exploration, guided by Stefanie Anderson and assisted by teaching volunteers, our Chalice Children and our Questers children will start in the Sanctuary and then proceed to their classroom after the Story for All Ages. On the occasions that we have a 5th Sunday in a month, we take this opportunity to learn about and observe some celebratory practices of holidays from different religions around the world.
NOTE: there will be no Adult Religious Education class this day. We will resume in Sunday, June 5th.
It’s going to be another great day at Mill Creek!
