Join Us on Sunday, June 12 at 10:30 am

This week, Rev. Greg will continue our theme of authenticity, with the message, Trouble? Or Blessing? David Blanchard once wrote, “Life in community isn’t always easy, but it’s the only place we can practice being human.” Join us on Sunday as we explore what it means to be in authentic community.

The women’s a capella group Nothing But Treble will perform for us, directed by Pam Finkelman.

Come early! Our Adult Religious Education group meets every Sunday at 9:15 am in the MacArtor Library. This week we are continuing our four week unit led by Bob Broesler. This unit is based on the book Christ and Culture by H. Richard Niebuhr. However, there is no required reading for ARE. Bob is guiding us through this unit in easy digestible steps. The book examines Christianity from the perspective of various movements interacting with a larger world. This will allow us to examine five ways of “being church” and at the same time reveal five approaches to the doctrines of creation, humanity and salvation.

It’s going to be another great day at Mill Creek!
